I've found the Insanity DVD (as seen on TV) a great work out. When I lived in Manhattan I would bring my laptop to the gym. But now that I'm in Hoboken and joined Planet Fitness, they don't have the space to do the work out. I'm looking for people to join me in the park over looking Manhattan to do these work outs.
